Attention** Please check all addresses carefully. Olive & Thyme guarantees delivery only to the addresses that we are provided with. If we are unable to deliver the package, we will return your order to our fulfillment center. If the product arrives in good condition, we can send the package back out to you and charge you only the shipping and handling. If the product does not arrive in good condition, you will be responsible for the charges of a new order.
We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
All items are shipped from our fulfillment center in Burbank, California or directly from our purveyors. In most cases we require 1 business days from the time your order was place to process each order.
For items shipped from our fulfillment center:
- Orders shipping via ground shipping will arrive within 5 - 10 business days.
- UPS requires a signature for delivery to an apartment and someone must be present to accept the delivery with a signature unless otherwise requested.
- For overnight shipping please allow 1 business day to process your order.
- Items shipped directly from our purveyors, as well as wine, may require up to 48 hours of additional time to ship. Items that come from purveyors are so noted in the product description.
- Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances.
- Also, please note that Saturday and Sunday are not counted in the transit times listed on our site. Unless otherwise stated as a Saturday delivery(additional fee)
Please note that all perishable items are automatically shipped NEXT DAY (next business day) to ensure your product arrives in superb condition. All fresh and frozen food products are carefully packaged to maintain optimum quality. As needed, your order will be packed with ice packs and placed in an insulated container for shipment.

If you would like to specify future shipping dates to reserve your selections now, you may choose a future date during check out.
Olive & Thyme and its purveyors will not ship or deliver on the following days:

Olive & Thyme takes great pride in selecting the finest products available. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for replacement, credit or refund. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of perishable items. We do not accept returned items that were purchased in one of our retail locations, nor will our retail locations accept returned items purchased from the catalog or from our website. We will accept non-perishable returns within 20 days of receipt. We cannot send a replacement, credit or refund for the purchase until we have the product back in inventory. If the product does not arrive in good condition to return to stock, then we will not be able to send a replacement, credit or refund for the purchase.
